Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TenStick ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

TenStick turns a written script into a stick-figure animation video using automated tools, including AI models for analysis, image generation, and narration. Output quality depends on the input you provide and the limits of the underlying models.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will not remove a core feature of a paid plan you are currently subscribed to without notice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, on the interval you choose (monthly or yearly). Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.

Your monthly generation allowance is tied to your billing cycle and resets on your renewal date. Unused generations do not roll over.

Prices may change. If we change the price of a plan you are on, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will give you notice before it takes effect.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then.

Because generation consumes real compute and third-party API costs at the time you use it, paid periods are generally non-refundable once generations have been used. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

You retain ownership of the scripts you provide and, subject to these terms and your plan, the videos you generate.

Paid plans include a commercial license to use the videos you generate, including on monetized channels. The Free plan is for personal and evaluation use only.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service, for example to run the generation pipeline and to store your projects and assets.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, infringing, or violates someone else's rights;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence;
• impersonates a real person or organization in a deceptive way;
• is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise illegal;
• attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the Service or its underlying providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Videos are produced by automated models and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing output before you publish or rely on it.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with the platforms you publish to and with applicable law.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Generation depends on third-party providers whose availability we do not control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenStick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
