Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data TenStick collects, why, and who it is shared with. We collect only what we need to run the Service, and we do not sell your data.

Account information: your email address and display name, used to sign you in and to contact you about your account.

Content you create: the scripts you enter, the settings you choose, the projects you generate, and any images you upload as custom assets.

Billing information: your plan, subscription status, and renewal date. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider, so we never see or store your full card number.

Usage information: counts of videos generated, so we can enforce your plan's allowance, plus basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

We use your information to:

• run the generation pipeline that turns your script into a video;
• store your projects and assets so you can return to them;
• enforce plan limits and process subscriptions;
• send you account and payment notifications;
• keep the Service secure and diagnose problems.

Running the Service requires sending some of your data to trusted providers, strictly to perform the task you asked for:

• Supabase: stores your account, projects, assets, and generated files.
• OpenAI: receives your script text and scene descriptions to generate analysis, images, and narration. Your prompts are processed to produce your video.
• Lemon Squeezy: our payment provider, which handles checkout, card processing, and subscription billing.

Each provider processes your data under its own privacy terms. We share only what is necessary for that provider's function.

To generate a video, your script and derived scene descriptions are sent to AI models. This is essential to the Service and happens only when you run a generation.

We do not use your content to train our own models.

We keep your projects and assets for as long as your account is active, so they remain available to you.

You can delete individual projects and assets at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where we are required to keep certain records (for example, billing records for tax and accounting).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this directly in your account settings, or contact us for help.

Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure, and access to your projects is scoped to your account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and act promptly if an issue arises.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your editor preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
